Who Can Apply?
- Filipino citizen
- Enrolled in BS Statistics, BS Applied Statistics, or PSA-identified programs with government recognition
- Students attending SUCs, LUCs, or Private HEIs with proper recognition
- Senior High School graduates with at least 85% General Weighted Average (GWA) or its equivalent
- College students (2nd to 4th year) with at least 80% GWA or its equivalent
- Family annual gross income not exceeding ₱500,000

- Copy of Birth Certificate (NSO or PSA-issued)
- Certified true copy of Senior High School Report Card (Form 138) or College Grades
- Proof of household income (any one of the following):
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents/guardian

- Proof of income for OFW or Seafarer parents
- Social Case Study Report from City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO)
- Additional documents (if applicable), such as:
- PWD ID, Solo Parent ID, Senior Citizen ID
- Certification for Indigenous Peoples or underprivileged status
- Notarized Certificate of Guardianship (if applicable)
